Camp Campus

The Bruce Beck and Ian Eagle Sports Broadcasting Camp is held at the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center of the campus of Montclair State University. Campers enjoy the air-conditioned comfort of the Museum’s spacious auditorium, which serves as the camp’s home base. During breaks, campers quickly head to the museum to experience Yogi’s illustrious career.

Visits to Giants Stadium, NBA Entertainment and the Sussex Hawks' Skyland Park round out the week.

Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center:

Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center on the campus of Montclair State University has quickly become a “must see” for sports fans. The Museum & Learning Center houses permanent and rotating exhibits about baseball and Yankee history as well as Yogi Berra's storied career. The Museum serves as a dynamic educational facility with topical programs for all ages.

Commerce Bank Park

Campers do play-by-play of a Somerset Patriots (www.somersetpatriots.com) game at Commerce Bank Park.

The Patriots are the winningest franchise of the Atlantic League, capturing four Championship Series titles in 2001, 2003, 2005, and most recently in 2008.

One of the week’s highlights includes a visit to Giants Stadium and Izod Center.
