MEET IAN EAGLE Since 1998, Ian has spent his fall weekends calling NFL games on CBS Sports. He also works college basketball for CBS and annually covers the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. He also calls the prestigious Army-Navy college football game for CBS. Ian, who served as the New York Jets radio voice in 1997, joined WFAN in 1990 after graduation from Syracuse University. He began working at the all-sports radio station as a producer, before gaining his own show in 1992. Prior to joining the professional ranks, Ian served as the play-by-play voice of the Syracuse Orangemen in football, basketball and lacrosse. He was awarded the school’s Bob Costas Award for Outstanding Sportscasting. |

Ian works for CBS Sports, YES, WFAN and Sirius Radio. He is in his 12th season as the television voice of the NBA’s New Jersey Nets after working one year as the team’s radio announcer.
