Success for Bruce Beck & Ian Eagle Sports Broadcasting Camp Alums

Congratulations to the two Bruce Beck and Ian Eagle Sports Broadcasting Camp alumni, Joel Godett and Justin Shackil, who were recently named First Team All-American sportscasters by STAA Talent. The program recognizes outstanding college radio broadcasters in the nation. In June, the most outstanding broadcaster will be presented with the Jim Nantz Award. Godett, a senior at Syracuse, will soon join the Triple-A Buffalo Bison broadcast booth. Shackil, a senior at Fordham and a fixture on the acclaimed WFUV 90.7 FM in New York announced Gateway Grizzlies baseball in the Frontier League last summer.
