Guest Speaker: Kenny Albert – Rangers Radio Albert has received high praise for his NHL and NFL play-by-play coverage on FOX (since 1994). In 1997, he added Major League Baseball duties on FX and FOX Sports Net to his resume. He has also called several college basketball games, as well as the PSAL High School Basketball Championship game and the Knicks Summer League on MSG Network in 1996. In July of 1998, Albert called play-by-play for “Boomer Esiason’s Empire Challenge” on MSG, which won a New York Emmy award for “Outstanding Live Sports Coverage-Single Program-High School.” In 1997, Albert served as preseason TV play-by-play announcer for the St. Louis Rams and, since 1998, he has called preseason New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles games for WPIX and the Eagles Television Network, respectively. |

Kenny Albert has followed in his father Marv's footsteps, but has quickly made carved out his own career. Since Kenny landed the position as Rangers radio play-by-play voice in September 1995, he has become a well-known New York and national broadcaster.
