Bruce Beck/Ian Eagle Sports Broadcasting Camp

The Bruce Beck and Ian Eagle Sports Broadcasting Camp is a unique, hands-on experience for high school and college students. It is a great week for those interested in learning about the “behind-the-scenes” life of sports television or for those who want a great start towards an exciting career.

Campers do play-by-play of a Sussex Skyhawks (http://sussexskyhawks.com) game  at baseball game at Skylands Park.

Camp alumni are eligible for the “advanced” camp. Using their experience from the previous summer, campers get put to the test. They spend the week researching, interviewing, editing, producing and working on camera and gain incredible insight into the sports broadcasting field.
