We have provided information about the camp in the pages that follow.  Once you register for the camp, we will provide you with further details as the summer approaches including a comprehensive guide to camp.

CAMP INFORMATION

 

Ages/Eligibility:

Students, male and female, 13 and older. 

2007 Camp Dates/Times:

Monday, July 27: 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Tuesday, July 28: 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Wednesday, July 29: 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Thursday, July 30: 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Friday, July 31: 5 p.m.- 10 p.m.

Camp Location:

Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center on the campus of Montclair State University.

The Friday session will be held at Commerce Bank Park, the home of the Somerset Patriots.

Located just off Route 46 and 3, the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center is easily accessible from Routes 80, 280 and 287, the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike.

Meals:

Lunch and snacks are provied daily. Dinner is provided at the ballpark on Friday night.

Transportation:

The Bruce Beck & Ian Eagle Sports Broadcasting Camp does NOT provide transportation

Housing:

The Bruce Beck & Ian Eagle Sports Broadcasting Camp does NOT provide housing

Cost:

Camp fee is $695. A $200 deposit is required which includes a non-refundable $25 application fee.  Space is limited to first 60 campers.  Camp fee covers all food, insurance and facilities costs. Make deposit check payable to Imagine Productions, LLC.  Mail check and registration form to:

Equipment Needed:

• Inexpensive mini-cassette recorder with microphone
• 3 audiocassettes
• Extra batteries for tape player
• Ruler
• Calculator
• Paper (preferably in binder)
• Pens – at least 3 different colors
• Pencils

Clothing:

Presentable and acceptable “school clothes.” Shorts are OK, but not for field trip. The Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center is air-conditioned and our outside visits consist of short walks on campus.

Refund Policy:

A full refund, minus the $25 application fee, is provided for cancellations prior to July 10, 2009.  There are no refunds after July 12, 2006 except in extreme circumstances.  If Imagine Productions, LLC cancels the Bruce Beck & Ian Eagle Sports Broadcasting Camp for any reason, campers will receive a full refund   Imagine Productions, LLC can cancel the Bruce Beck & Ian Eagle Sports Broadcasting Camp for any reason.
